The Oklahoma Agricultural Leadership Program is designed to provide a select group of individuals, who are actively engaged in production agriculture and/or an agribusiness occupation, with the training and experience that will empower them to assume leadership roles in Oklahoma. The program consists of 10 three-day seminars in Oklahoma, a three-day seminar in northern Oklahoma and Kansas, a 7–8-day seminar in Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C., and a 10–14-day international experience as the final seminar.
